For time-sensitive experiences such as meet-and-greets and backstage tours, a Rock Fest representative contacts the winner before the festival to coordinate the experience.

Rock-It Club memberships do not automatically renew. Fans must purchase a new membership when enrollment opens for the next membership period.
Rock-It Club members choose their included swag in person during the festival.
