MOSHING DISCLAIMER + INFO

By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with moshing, including but not limited to injury. Moshing is permitted only within designated areas at the Budweiser Boneyard stage, as part of a pilot program aimed at embracing the energy of moshing while ensuring a safe environment for all attendees. Designated zones are established for both moshing and non-moshing fans, allowing everyone to enjoy the performances up close. For the safety of all festival-goers, hardcore dancing styles, including flail moshing, are strictly prohibited. By engaging in moshing activities, you agree to release Rock Fest, its organizers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages you may sustain. We urge all participants to mosh responsibly and with consideration for the well-being of fellow fans. Let’s rock responsibly, look out for one another, and contribute to a positive and memorable festival experience.

FIREWORKS It is possible that fireworks will be used during the event. We understand that sudden loud noises can be challenging for fans with sensitivities or PTSD. We recommend preparing accordingly, and you’re welcome to bring noise-canceling headphones or earplugs to help mitigate the sound

All people attending Rock Fest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors, or others associated with the event.

Rock Fest will take place RAIN or SHINE. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at Rock Fest however, acts are subject to changes without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from the failure of any act to appear at the festival. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Rock Fest is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets or passes, or replacement of armbands.

Roadside sales and any other scalped tickets will NOT be honored.

All armbands are non-transferable and will be registered to the individual that purchased the ticket.

Pets are strictly forbidden in the concert area. Dog owners must ensure that their dogs are chained, leashed, and provided with water at all times while outside the concert area. Please respect your neighbors and clean up after your pet.

Your car pass MUST be attached to the driver’s side of your vehicle windshield. If you haven’t attached it, the attendants at the fate entrance will attach it to your windshield. 

Vehicles are subject to search upon entry and while vehicles are on the festival grounds at any time. Festival staff will be reaching for items such as fireworks, weapons illegal drugs, off-road vehicles, and for people sneaking in illegally. Anyone on the festival grounds without the proper ticket or armband is subject to a fine of $1,000 for trespassing.

Any violations of festival policies will be subject to having your armband removed and being escorted from the festival grounds and subject to fines according to the state and local ordinances.

Any unauthorized use or reselling of Rock Fest branding or Rock Fest logos is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this will result in legal action.

Chilren ages 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Hearing protection is strongly suggested for all festival attendees, especially for children.

No photo, video, or audio recording equipment, except for cell phones, is allowed. No detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms, or commercial-use rigs are permitted.
