Official Rules for Design The "Official 2013 Rock Fest T-Shirt" Contest

Design the “OFFICIAL ROCK FEST T-SHIRT CONTEST”: From February 15, 2013 through March 17, 2013. Chippewa Valley Music Festivals will promote, by means of the Rock Fest Website, http://www.rock-fest.com

How to enter: Design the “OFFICIAL ROCK FEST T-SHIRT” Complete your design and email or mail the high resolution logo in: .eps, pdf, jpeg, or a comparable format, along with the following information:

Your Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number and Email Address.
All entries must be received by March 17, 2013. If you are emailing your entry, Click Here to Submit Your Entry, Attention Rock Fest T-Shirt Design Contest. If you are mailing your entry, file must be included on a CD and include your name, address, phone number, email address and mailed to:

All contest entries become the property of Chippewa Valley Music Festivals and will not be returned and may be used by Chippewa Valley Music Festivals for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

How to win: Chippewa Valley Music Festivals’ Staff will pick, depending on the number of entries, the top 5 to 10 T-Shirt Designs submitted and a FEST POLL will be posted on the Rock Fest Website, where all fans will have a chance to pick the best T-Shirt Design. The FEST POLL will begin on March 18, 2013 and fans will have a chance to vote on their favorite T-Shirt Design through March 31, 2013. The winning T-Shirt Design will be announced on April 3, 2013 on the Facebook, so be sure you and all of your friends Like Rock Fest

Decision of Chippewa Valley Music Festivals Staff is final. The logo contest winner will be notified by phone, email and home address so be sure to include all of these on your entry.

By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the rules. Chippewa Valley Music Festivals is not responsible for illegible, lost, delayed or misdirected mail, errors in faxes or shipments, busy phone signals, or incomplete entries.

The Grand Prize winner will receive this amazing Prize Package:
2 – 4-Day General Admission Tickets to Rock Fest 2013.
1 - Campsite for 2 people
2 - Complimentary Upgrades to VIP for 1 Day. (winner is able to choose the day)
1 - Backstage Tour for 2 people during Rock Fest 2013.
2 – Meet & Greet passes with a Rock Fest 2013 Artist.
And most importantly …bragging rights with all of your friends and a great addition to your resume. Not to mention being able to see thousands of people wearing your design at Rock Fest!

The 2nd Place winner will receive:
2 - 1-Day General Admission Tickets to Rock Fest 2013.
2 - Meet & Greet passes with a Rock Fest 2013 Artist .
1 - Backstage Tour for 2 people during Rock Fest 2013.

The 3rd Place winner will receive:
2 - 1-Day General Admission Tickets to Rock Fest 2013.

Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form ("the Form") that : a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the "Release") from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize; and b) authorizes Chippewa Valley Music Festivals to use the winners' name, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.

Prize will not be released until Chippewa Valley Music Festivals receives all required documents. Failure of winner to return the Form within the required time frame will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes.

Unforeseen Events: Chippewa Valley Music Festivals reserves the right to change or cancel this contest at its sole discretion at any time that Chippewa Valley Music Festivals become aware of any circumstances or occurrence which would materially affect the contest security or fairness or for any other reason. Chippewa Valley Music Festivals reserves the right to announce any contest rules changes on the Country Fest Website, in print or posters. Chippewa Valley Music Festivals is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.
