Rock Fest is a stationary festival located in Cadott, Wisconsin.
The concert gates will open for the first time at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 12th for a Bonus Bash exclusive to our 3-day ticket holders. The rest of the weekend, the general gate hours are as follows;

Free wifi is available within the concert grounds, but coverage does not extend into the campgrounds.
You can bring in collapsible chairs, blankets, EMPTY water bottles or mugs, and various other necessities such as sunscreen, lip balm, sweatshirts, etc. All patrons WILL be subject to search upon entry.
Prohibited items include the following: any food and beverages, professional recording devices, professional cameras, selfie sticks, knives, firearms, illegal substances, and fireworks. Umbrellas are allowed, but must be taken down during artist performances. All patrons will be subject to search upon entry.

There are porta-potties located throughout the concert grounds and campgrounds. The VIP restrooms are located outside of Section A.
There are charging stations available at all of the bars as well as in the Fest Crew Tent outside of the Loud & Local Stage.

Yes! We have handicap-accessible camping, parking, and seating available. To purchase a handicap-accessible campsite in rows C, D, or E, please call the office at 800.326.FEST and have your handicap placard number available.
During the festival, the lost and found is located at the Information Booth at the top of the hill. After the festival is over, all lost and found items will be transferred to the office, where they will remain for one month, at which point all unclaimed items will be donated. Call 800.326.FEST after the festival’s completion to check and see if your item has been found.
An interactive festival map is available within our mobile app. A printed version of the festival map can be found in our booklet, which is given out for free during Fest. There are also large-scale versions of the festival map located at kiosks throughout the grounds, as well as outside of the VIP booth.

Children under six are admitted free of charge with a paid adult. Children over six will be full-price.
The four bars accept cashless, as well as drink tickets. Tickets can be purchased at any of the five ticket booths inside the concert grounds.
You’re in luck! Breakfast is served inside the Loud & Local bar from 9 AM to noon daily throughout the festival.
Credit cards can be used at some vendors, but not all. You are able to purchase food and drink tickets with credit cards as well.
Because as of 2015, we no longer send e-Tickets. Instead, you will receive your physical wristband/s and any other passes that you ordered in the mail.
Wristbands and passes will start shipping in April of 2017. If you don't receive your wristband right away, don't worry. If July 1st comes around, and you still haven't received your order, please give us a call at 800.326.FEST.
If you already know your new address, please update it in the system by logging into your account online. If you don’t know your address yet, please update it as soon as you know.
NO. Once the wristband is tightened, it cannot be loosened. Please wait until you’re on your way to the festival to put your wristband on.
You have two options. You can either wear it every day until the festival arrives, and be the coolest person you know, or you can go through the process of replacing it, and you will be subject to a $35 fee. If you need it replaced, please send the wristband along with a $35 check prior to the festival. Our address here is 24447 County Highway S; Cadott, WI 54727.

While that’s highly unlikely since all of our orders are sent out in padded envelopes, in the event that this has happened, you will have to provide photographic proof that the wristband is dysfunctional. Please call 800.326.FEST to see if you will be able to receive a replacement.

Yes and no. If you sign up for the cashless option when you register your wristband, you will be able to utilize your wristband as a method of payment for all beverages including beer, soda, and water, as well as use it at the pizza and pop tents, and the merch booth.
NOTE: You can NOT use cashless to pay for food from all other vendors. Some vendors will accept cashless as a method of payment while others will only accept cash or credit. More information regarding which vendors will be cashless will be available closer to the festival.
Definitely. The RFID chips within the wristbands are waterproof. You can wash your hands, shower, and even swim with them on without ruining them.
Once your order ships, you should receive tracking information delivered to whatever email address you used to place your order. If the festival is two weeks or less away and you still haven’t received any tracking information, please call our office at 800.326.FEST. We will look up your order and help you out!
First, please refer to your original receipt that you should have received upon placing your order. Double-check all of the items that you ordered there. If there is a discrepancy, please call our office at 800.326.FEST. Please remember that all campsites come with ONE camp access pass.
If you placed multiple orders for different items, they will be arriving at different times. There’s no need to worry unless it is within two weeks of the festival and you still haven’t received your complete orders. If that’s the case, please call our office at 800.326.FEST.
No. This would have needed to have been indicated when placing your initial order, and cannot be switched once the order has been placed.
No, the only pass that has that option is the VIP pass at the time the VIP order is placed.

Early camping check-in hours are listed below. As of Wednesday, July 12th, the campgrounds will be open and staffed 24/7 throughout the duration of the festival. Anyone who checks-in early (Sunday through Tuesday) will be entered to win meet and greet passes!
NOTE: You do NOT need your concert pass to enter the campgrounds Sunday through Tuesday. So if Dad is planning on dropping an RV off for you, make sure he gets it done Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. As of Wednesday, July 12th, anyone entering or exiting the campgrounds MUST be wearing a concert wristband.
Yes! The shuttle schedule will be posted here as soon as it is updated for the upcoming year.
Anyone dropping off an RV on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will need the appropriate campsite sticker. As of Wednesday, July 12th at 8:00 AM, everyone entering the campgrounds will need to be wearing a festival wristband AND have the campsite stickers available. NO EXCEPTIONS. So make sure Dad gets your camper dropped off on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday if he doesn’t want to pay for a concert pass.
General Campsites are available for purchase by anyone. VIP Campsites are reserved for our VIP patrons only. Electrical Campsites come with 30 amp and 15 amp plug ins and can be reserved by anyone. 50 amp upgrades are available for an additional fee.

All of our campsites are 18’ wide x 40’ deep.
Pets are allowed within the campgrounds as long as they are leashed AT ALL TIMES. Pets are not allowed within the concert area. Exceptions apply to registered service animals only.

There will be two to three people that will have water trucks going through the grounds. You can flag one down or give them a call to get your pool or camper filled.
Please try and reserve these services prior to the event to ensure you get your water in a timely manner. You don’t want to have to wait to party in your pool!
Only ONE sleeping unit is allowed per campsite. No exceptions.
A maximum of six people are allowed per campsite.

Every patron that wishes to go into the campgrounds will need a Campground Access Pass. Campground Access Passes cost $30 each ahead of time and $40 at the gate. For every campsite that you purchase, you will receive one Campground Access Pass free of charge.
As long as you have the proper passes on yourself and on your vehicle, you can exit and enter the campgrounds and concert area as many times as you want.
Yes, there are showers available in both the North and South campgrounds. We encourage you to try and avoid the peak shower times (right away in the morning). Typically, the North showers have shorter lines.
Shower hours will be posted closer to the event.
Only one vehicle is allowed per campsite. For any extra vehicles, you will have to purchase a parking pass and keep your vehicle parked in the general parking lot for the duration of the festival.
Glamping is a form of “Glamorous Camping” where the majority of amenities are supplied for you.
The nearest hotels are roughly 20 minutes away, but some patrons do opt to stay in a hotel rather than camp. A full list of hotels will be provided closer to the festival. Some hotels have shuttle service available for customers. Check back closer to the festival for a full list of shuttle schedules.
